We specialize in care for patients with Dementia, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.
Our Centre provides a loving, comfortable and friendly environment conducive to the twilight years.
Each of our locations are run by passionate, qualified and trained nursing staff and management team.
Team Care is run by a group of qualified and experienced health care professionals. Our home offers residents 24 hour frail care, mid-care and assisted living. Team Care endeavors to provide our residents with professional nursing and care, we offer a warm and loving environment.
We have doctors on hand to make "house-calls" for any of our residents who are unable to go the doctors rooms. The same is for dentists, physiotherapists, speech therapists and audiologists.
We strive give all our residents the best of care and attention. Also giving peace of mind to their families that their loved ones are being properly cared for.
We offer 3 daily visiting times slot. 10AM - 11AM, 14PM - 16PM and 18PM - 19PM. All adhering to the Covid-19 safety protocols.

Over 150 residents - both male and female. Each resident is cared for by our passionate, trained nursing team.
